Join this 60-minute LOUDER GIRL gathering designed to help women reconnect with their inner authority, truth, and voice. January webinars mark the first step of Ignited Leadership, starting where all real leadership begins: within. Together, we’ll explore what it means to lead yourself with clarity, courage, and compassion before leading anyone or anything else. This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you are.
What You'll Experience
- Self-Leadership is the Foundation of All Leadership. We explore how abandoning ourselves leads to burnout, resentment, and disconnection and how self-trust, self-honesty, and self-direction become the roots of sustainable leadership.
- Remove the Masks. Reclaim Our Truth. Through guided reflection, we identify the roles, expectations, and stories that no longer fit, and we begin naming our truths that want to lead our lives now.
- Our Life Is the First Place We Lead. We discover how self-leadership shows up in our boundaries, decisions, voice, rest, and daily choices. Leadership isn’t a title, it’s how we live.
